What the Price Covers

The prices above are base prices only. A few charges sit on top of the base figure.

Floor-rise charges apply to apartments above the 5th floor in each tower.
Registration and stamp duty are payable as applicable by law.
GST is charged where applicable on an under-construction home.
Parking, view premium and other charges are set out in the cost sheet.

So the figure that reaches the agreement is higher than the base price. Ask for the full breakup before you compare units.

Price by Configuration

The five plans move from a compact 2 BHK up to a large 4 BHK. The step between them reflects size, extra rooms and the home's position in the tower.

2 BHK (1,100 - 1,250 sq. ft.) is the entry home, suited to small nuclear families, from about Rs 94.6 Lakh.
2.5 BHK (1,300 - 1,450 sq. ft.) adds a maid's room to the 2 BHK, from Rs 1.12 Crore.
3 BHK (1,450 - 2,200 sq. ft.) is the core family home, from Rs 1.25 Crore.
3.5 BHK (2,250 - 2,500 sq. ft.) adds a maid's room to the 3 BHK, from Rs 1.94 Crore.
4 BHK (2,600 - 2,900 sq. ft.) is the premium home for extended families, from Rs 2.48 Crore.

How the Payment Starts

The first payment is 10% of the total, paid when you book the home. A detailed cost sheet and the full payment plan are shared after the official launch. The launch is planned for 15 December 2026. Until then, the prices are a pre-launch update and may be revised as the project moves through launch and construction.

The township sits in Kompally, North Hyderabad, just off NH-44. Balanagar Metro Station on the Red Line is about 15 minutes away. Secunderabad is around 14 km away, and HITEC City is about 19 km.
